I joined FitBodies by Sharon in November of 2014. I initially lost a few pounds and started becoming more fit and toned and had more strength…but I didn’t ever change my diet. When summer was coming to a close in 2015 I decided I would join her Transformation Challenge. Her challenge changed me…from the inside out. She was organized…all I had to do was DO it!
I lost six pounds that first week and kept at it because I started feeling really really good. The third week check in I had lost seven inches. I am not making this up. I felt amazing, happy and not tired, grouchy or sluggish. Also, the food was so yummy! At the end of the challenge I had lost 15 pounds.
I am so thankful to Sharon for being the trainer that she is and for asking me to join her challenge! It is January and I have kept the weight off for 3 months!
