I started Sharon’s class 11 months and 20 pounds ago. She is hands-down the best trainer. The classes are fun and Sharon also offers nutritional help. If you think 5:15a.m. is too early (there are other classes too), try it before judging! My friends and husband made a bet I wouldn’t last a week getting up that early. I love it now – my day is more productive and my energy level has increased.
Also, I could barely do a sit-up when I started and it’s been motivating to see my strength increase. There is NO judging or competition within the class. Only encouragement and lots of laughs.
