When I started the little black dress challenge, the 1st part of October, I had let myself get way out of control. I was depressed and getting worse due to the way I looked. I had never worked out or been in shape. I was not eating right. Not at the right times or the right foods.
Since completing the challenge I’ve continued to work out. I never thought I would be disappointed to miss a workout; but honestly, I really hate it when I do, for one reason or the other.
I am so glad I made the decision to do this. I feel better and am eating healthier than I ever have. Sharon is wonderful and I will always be grateful for her!
